Hoe vullen onze zuiderburen de regels in?\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vanaf 2026 verplichte e-facturatie via Peppol<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Voor binnenlandse B2B-transacties wordt <a href=\"https:\/\/tcfirm.nl\/en\/automatische-factuurverwerking\/\">e-facturatie<\/a> vanaf 1 januari 2026 verplicht. De Belgische overheid schrijft Peppol als standaard voor. Hoewel de verplichting officieel alleen voor het binnenland geldt, kunnen Nederlandse bedrijven die zijn aangesloten op het Peppol-netwerk, nu al e-facturen volgens deze standaard uit Belgi\u00eb verwachten.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Vanaf 2028 \u2018near realtime\u2019&nbsp; btw-rapportage<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2028 voert Belgi\u00eb naast de e-facturatieverplichting ook een &#8216;near realtime&#8217; e-reporting systeem in. Dit betekent dat btw-gegevens vrijwel direct automatisch worden doorgestuurd naar de belastingdienst, via gekoppelde facturatiesoftware.
