For two days, the Infinity Hotel & Conference Resort Munich set the stage for the latest and smartest innovations in information management. The combination of keynotes, roundtable discussions, and personal meetings proved to be the best way to gain new insights into the future of information management.
Nature, leadership, and information management
Experts from a wide range of sectors – from government and finance to manufacturing and the oil industry – were present to share insights into the trends they are encountering. In addition to keynotes from OpenText CEO Mark J. Barrenechea and his colleague, Chief Product Officer Muhi Majzoub – conservationist Steven Boyes, in particular, made an impression with his story. Dr. Boyes is the founder of the National Geographic Okavango Wilderness Project (NGOWP), a foundation that promotes the protection of the Okavango watershed and wildlife. He engaged the audience by drawing a connection between nature, leadership, and information management.
