How does the tcf. traineeship work? 

The traineeship starts biannually on September 1st and January 1st. In addition to completing challenging assignments, you will follow a comprehensive personal development program. During this program, you discover who you are, what you want, and what your qualities are – inspiring you to become the best version of yourself.
